‘One Stop Shop’ for turnkey solution for Cryogenic Gases

In our journey of 50+ years, the Project Engineering Division has created its own capability to stand self-reliant and competitive in the market in close collaboration with Linde Engineering. PED manages inhouse designing, sourcing critical components from the group companies (Linde Schalchen, Linde Dalian, Cryostar, TMD) and from indigenous, in-house manufacturing of critical components (Cold box and Columns, Skids, etc.), construction of the plant at site, and commissioning.  PED is a ‘One Stop Shop’ if one thinks of ‘ASU delivering Gas on time’. PED delivers global products at Indian Price. PED has executed sizable number of medium to large size ASUs and Nitrogen Plants on EPC basis.  For small sized ASU (up to 300 TPD) & N2 generators, almost 70-90 % procurement / manufacturing is done in India. In fact, we are the only company having a shop for manufacturing distillation columns / cold boxes in India. We work towards meeting the stringent qualification criteria for the Navratna (PSU) Company projects (with Engineers India Limited or similar as engineering consulting firms), having completed more than 70 EPC Cryogenic Gases Projects in India. PED is also a preferred name for reputed large steel conglomerates and multinationals companies, due to its proven track record for efficiency, quality, and dependability.

Apart from above mentioned products, PED also supply, Small On-Site Plants (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption, LIN assisted N-Plants), Cross Country Pipelines for O2 & N2 gases and associated Gas Distribution Systems.
