Compressed Air Station – Instrument Air and Plant Air (IA-PA)
Instrument Air and Plant Air (IA-PA) Stations are widely used in industries, that demand a large amount of compressed air and dry compressed air, such as steel plants, petrochemical, chemical plants, fertilizer plants, and so on. IA-PA Station typically includes compressors, dryers, filters, receivers, buffer vessels, coolers, and control systems and Linde offers an EPC Solution. Because our supply pressure range can go up-to 36 Bar-g, we prioritize safety elements in our design concepts as primary consideration. Since our installed system is robust and reliable, thus we have very strong PTR (proven track record) in installing IA-PA Station across majority of PSU companies, large steel and chemical plants, and petrochemical facilities.
Pressure-Reducing Station (PRS)
Pressure-reducing stations (PRS), by its name is to control the pressure at the uses point depending upon the pressure need of the user. Normally we install a PRS or Clint needs a PRS when the line pressure is higher than the required end user pressure. Depending on the pressure regulation requirement range, the pressure regulator is either an actuator operated or a direct-acting type.
The pressure-reducing stations (PRS) are equipped with all necessary piping, valves, and instruments as per Linde Standard. The pressure-reducing station is usually part of the Gaseous Oxygen/ Nitrogen/Argon supply line network. Valves, instruments, and piping are fitted on a common framework with defined connecting points which makes it easy for the Client to Install the PRS into the GAN/GOX/GAR supply pipeline. PED has installed O2 PRS in almost all PSU steel plants.
Cross Country Pipeline for Industrial gases
Project Engineering Division offers an ‘End to End’ solution to our clients to establish GOX, GAN, & GAR distribution network. If Client’s gas distribution point is far away from the gas generation point, which needs to be connected through a pipeline, then we do a complete EPC of the pipeline laying work. Alongside complying to Linde’s own safety standards, we also follow the local statutory safety and compliance requirements.
